Google Tricks You Might not Know!

Everyone in the world who uses Internet must try Google Search Daily.About 90% of them only know the basic use of Google search.They are not familiar of some Google tricks.May be these tricks not help them but anyhow to know these tricks is better.So, today I came up with some Google Tricks you might know them or not but I want to share it with you peoples.If you have any problem or comments regarding to these tricks, you can ask freely.
Below is the full list of these Google Tricks.

  • Enter just the word http for your search to find the top 1000 PageRanked sites.
  • Enter only www in your search to see how Google ranks the top 1,000 sites.
Now manually type the below prefixes and note their effects:

  • link:url Shows other pages with links to that url.
  • related:url same as "what's related" on serps.
  • site:domain restricts search results to the given domain.
  • allinurl: shows only pages with all terms in the url.
  • inurl: like allinurl, but only for the next query word.
  • allintitle: shows only results with terms in title.
  • intitle: similar to allintitle, but only for the next word. "intitle:seoforgoogle google" finds only pages with seoforgoogle in the title, and google anywhere on the page.
  • cache:url will show the Google version of the passed url.
  • spell: will spell check your query and search for it.
  • stocks: will lookup the search query in a stock index.
  • filetype: will restrict searches to that filetype. "-filetype:pdf" to remove Adobe PDF files.
  • daterange: is supported in Julian date format only. 2452384 is an example of a Julian date.
  • maps: If you enter a street address, a link to Yahoo Maps and to MapBlast will be presented.
  • phone: enter anything that looks like a phone number to have a name and address displayed. Same is true for something that looks like an address (include a name and zip code)
  • site:www.somesite.net - (tells you how many pages of your site are indexed by google)
  • allintext: searches only within text of pages, but not in the links or page title
  • allinlinks: searches only within links, not text or title

    Its very easy!You have to follow just the steps given below.

    1. First go to the Sign up page and fill the form as shown in the picture below and click submit button.Note that you can add your blog URL or your Feed URL.
    2. Now you have to check your Email in which you will get a Blog or Feed id e.g.22350.
    3. Now Grab those listen buttons by Clicking here.
    4. Now you will see a blank area in front of Feed id as shown in picture below.You will enter that Feed id there and click submit button.
    5. When you click the submit button, you will be taken to another page in which you will see a button "Add Odiogo Listen Button Widget", click this button.
    6. You will be drop to blogger add widget page.You have to click the Edit Content link to have the widget code as shown in picture below.Select all that code and copy it to a notepad.
    7. If you want the widget to appera below post title, you have to search this code in your blogger template shown below:

    8. After this copy the Odiogo widget code and paste it here and click encode button.Now add the encoded code just below the code shown above.Note that you have to put enclose the encoded code b/w <div> and </div>.
    9. If you want the widget to appear at the end of post body, you have to add the encoded code with "div" tags enclosed just below the code given:

    10. Save your template and you are done.

    I was reading the Google's Spam Team Head, Matt Cutts blog in which he announced that Google Page ranks for your site or blogs will be update in next few days.As he is Google Spam team head, He also warned the spam Bloggers that their blog will be deleted from Google search.He said:

    I’m expecting that also in the next few days that we’ll be expiring some older penalties on websites.

    Google has introduced a new service called Knol.You will think whats the meaning of "Knol"?It is actually the short form of "Knowledge".It is an alternate to Wikipedia.Knol is a service like Wikipedia in which you can find all the articles related to science, nature or everything you want.This service has been introduced yet so it will take a time to have all type of Knol (Articles).It is now in beta stage and you can also write a knol.So, if you have any articles to write, publish it to Knol because it is now recently introduced so, your article will be on main page and millions of peoples will read it.
    Google Knol is slightly different from Wikipedia by the following features explained by Labnol:
    • Multiple Authors can write on the same topic in Google Knol.
    • Authors can earn revenue by monetizing their article through Adsense.
    • You can use Knol to create articles for promoting your lawful products or services.
    • Those can edit your article which you have invited.By this you can invite an experts to edit your articles.
    • You can rate the articles or leave comments in Knol like blogs.
